NTC International to Start Offering Below Market Value Properties in Bulgaria for First-Time Investo
Today NTC International, Inc. has announced its plans to start offering BMV investment properties in different Bulgarian locations: Sofia, Bansko, Kavarna, Sunny Beach, among others.
Says Mr. G. Gantchev, Director of Sales at NTC: “The real estate landscape in Bulgaria has changed in the recent months. The financial crisis has impacted local bank lending. Many foreign buyers are facing liquidity issues at home.
“We will continue to offer traditional products in selected locations we feel will buck the trend. These are high-quality completed residential buildings such as the Vitosha Residence in Sofia.
“On the other hand we will continue to expand our client base by offering below market investment opportunities. As every experienced real estate investor knows, market downturns create very lucrative opportunities for buying at 30-40% discounted prices. Now in Bulgaria a first-time buyer can acquire a rental studio in the premier ski resort of Bansko for as little as 19, 000 euros.”
Currently NTC International offers property investment opportunities in the capital city Sofia, the ski resorts of Bansko and Borovets; a still undiscovered gem, the thermal town of Varshets; Kavarna, Sunny Beach. Beginning of 2009 the company will propose an investment package in Bodrum and Yalikavak, Turkey with a 10% rental income guarantee p.a. for 10 years.
NTC International, Inc. is a US registered real estate developing and marketing company active in Eastern Europe since 1992. In partnership with local and international building companies NTC offers a hand-picked selection of investment grade properties and assists real estate investors with building a portfolio that will provide long term financial results.
