Bezbog hut

Bezbog hut is located at 2240 meters above the sea level on the coast of the Bezbog lake and is one of the newest and modern huts in Pirin. This is the second building in the region since the first one was destroyed by an avalanche in 1971. The construction of the new modern Bezbog hut began the next year and today we know it in this form.

The capacity of Bezbog hut is 146 seats located in 5 floors. In the rooms there are 3, 4 and 8 beds and separated apartments. The toilets are common for every floor. In the hut there is a TV. The heating is local. The hut is electric and water supplied. There are a restaurant, a coffee shop, shop for small goods, a study – hall, a video equipment, a television and a ski wardrobe. Near the hut there is a playground.

There are good conditions for skiing near the hut but there is a danger from avalanche. The chair lift which leads to Bezbog hut departs from the Gotse Delchev hut. Bezbog hut is easily accessible by using the lift.

Gotse Delchev hut is a starting point for Bezbog hut. By using the lift it takes 25 minutes to reach the hut. By walking about 2 - 3 hours.
