Yane Sandanski hut
Yane Sandanski hut is situated on the lowest level in the Pirin Mountains. The hut is located at 1230 meters above the sea level. It was built in 1930.Yane Sandanski hut is electrical and water supplied. There are 70 beds. The heating is local. Next to the old hut there was built a new building with 50 beds. The kitchen and the dining room are next to the buildings. The hut has also a restaurant and a grocery shop. The new three - storey building is extended over 210 square meters area and it has 10 rooms on every floor.
Yane Sandanski hut is a great starting point for the routes to Vihren hut through the Spano field circus and Kamenica, Demyanitsa, Sinanitsa and Pirin huts. The hut can be reached from the town of Sandanski by covering the distance of 18 km on the asphalted road.
