Russians Buy out Bansko resort

Russians are buying the real estates of Britons in Bansko winter resort. The spreading world financial crisis scared the Britons who had mostly invested in apartments in Bansko, real estate brokers explained.

It is a bluff that the prices of real estates in Bansko have gone down twofold, brokers stated. The Russians are ready to pay 1, 350 euro per square meter in the complexes without even bargaining.
