Spanish Millionaires Fall in Love with Bansko
We spent one day in paradise, said the 23 Spanish millionaires that were honorary guests of the Bulgarian winter ski resort of Bansko yesterday. They reluctantly packed their suitcases and got ready to leave after partying until the small hours of the morning on Friday. The guests stayed at the four - star hotel Strazhite at the invitation of the Julen company, concessionaire of the ski center and Georg Eisath, CEO of TechnoAlpin, one of the biggest companies in the world manufacturing snow guns.
The prominent guests are owners, CEOs and experts from several well - known Spanish ski resorts. They were all happy to see that Bansko has made a huge progress and has all chances to become a world - class ski resort.
Most of the guests set out to try first - handedly the 17 ski runs in Bansko. They admitted that they really liked the modern equipment for artificial snow, good location and perfectly groomed ski runs. On Friday evening the Spaniards proved that they had much in common with Bulgarians. "We, like you, know both how to party and do business, " said Ignacio Valenzuela, Marketing Director of Sierra Nevada. Ivan Obreikov, Marketing Director of Banko announced that the Bulgarian ski resort would twin with Sierra Nevada. The management of Julen will visit the Spanish resort next winter.
