European Cup in Bansko

Over the weekend, Bansko winter resort will host two slalom European Cup, Alpine skiing competitions. Bansko was ranked among the best European ski centers for offering the best skiing conditions.

There will be representatives from some 20 countries, the number of participants that applied for participation is 86. This number is more than the number of participants to start the World Cup.

Bulgaria will be represented by 10 participants. Unfortunately, the race will not contribute our best - strong players Killian Albrecht and Stefan Georgiev, who will represent our country at the Olympic Games in Vancouver.

The organizers have prepared a platform for those enthusiasts who want to watch the slalom live. Admission is free. The budget for the race is about one million leva.
