Bansko is struggling through a project on safe conditions for ski tourism
All institutions in Bansko have mobilized their collective efforts to create safe conditions for practicing winter sports. However, no less are the offenders that go beyond the tracks and provoke incidents.
In the Pirin National Park warning signs are placed. Fines are from 500 to 5000 leva.
Mayor Alexander Kravarov with the Executive Director of Ulen AD Hristoskova Maya, marketing director of the ski zone Bansko Obreykov Ivan, director of the Pirin National Park Grancharov George and representatives of Mountain Rescue Service held a meeting in Bansko.
The PSI offered places with which to place danger signs with numbers especially for the places where avalanches have been known/ This will facilitate the work of rescuers at accident scenes and will help facilitate quickly for those in distress.
By the concession facilities in Bansko "Ulen AD and Pirin National Park" the project was presented to the Ministry of Environment and Water restraint for where most of the avalanches form.
