British Invasion in the Pririn Mountains
More and more subjects of HE Elizabeth II get ready to move to Bansko, the fastest developing ski resort in Bulgaria. English investors paid 1000 euro per a sqm built - up area in the newest holiday village Bojurland in Bansko, inaugurated on Friday. About a hundred guests, some of them property owners from England, gathered at a stylish garden party that marked the end of the first stage of the construction. Festive setting, fine food and drinks as well as a performance of Smile band took care of the guests' entertainment. An alpine - style hotel and five four - storeyed buildings in the holiday village opened, a hundred and three apartments were built on 2. 1 ha that are all sold out.
The balconies give out to the majestic peaks of the Pirin Mountains. Bojurland is the newest gem in the crown of Bansko. The owners are mostly middle - class pensioners or young people who make their first steps in professional investment.
The third stage will involve the most costly construction. A four - crown hotel and a deluxe SPA complex, like nothing else not only in Bansko but in the whole region, will open doors. An Austrian company, the best in Europe, will design the complex that will boast typically Bulgarian SPA treatment, like mud baths with the famous healing clay from Shabla, treatments with Bulgarian herbs and healthy nutrition courses.
