Bansko Tourists Tempted with Truffles
For the 2nd year in a row, visitors to Bansko will be able to enjoy appetizing dishes with white truffles.
From October 24th to November 6th, aficionados of fine dining will have the opportunity to try gourmet specialties in the Come Prima Restaurant of the 5-star Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko.
The unique restaurant menu includes a rich selection of magnificent appetizers, traditional Italian pasta, local specialties and an unbelievable dessert.
Visitors of Come Prima will be able to sample a fondue made of Fontina cheese with white Alba truffles or beef carpaccio.
The restaurant offers Tagliatelle all’Albese, risotto with parmesan, fried eggs and milk-fed Italian veal escalope, served with white truffles as the main courses. For dessert, fans of high-class dining will be given the chance to enjoy vanilla ice cream with white truffles.
"We offered a menu with white truffles for the first time last year and we enjoyed great success. I'm pleased that we will once again be given the opportunity to prepare specialties with this flavorful delicacy, " announced Nikola Todorov, assistant head chef of Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko, in front of Standard newspaper.
