World Ski Champions to be Guests of Honor at Miss Bansko Pageant

The world ski champions, who arrived yesterday in Bansko, will be the guests of honor at a special beauty pageant that is to be organized this Saturday in Grand Hotel Bansko.

Lindsey Vonn and her competitors for the Alpine Skiing World Cup for women will be able to watch the Miss Bansko pageant live.

9 local beauties will parade in 3 rounds - in ski suits, in swimsuits and while wearing high-class dresses by the fashion designer Milena Velyova. The show host will be Vanya Laskarakieva.

The ski queen arrived in Sofia with a temporary document issued by German authorities at Munich airport. Vonn had forgotten her personal documents in Salzburg and became aware of the fact only after she had already arrived at the airport.
