Yavorov hut

Yavorov hut is located in 1740 meters above the sea level in the area of the Shadows in Pirin mountain. In the vicinity of the hut there are many natural landmarks. The hut is the starting point for going round the northern ridge of Pirin mountain. Yavorov hut is easily accessible and doesn't lie in an avalanched zone.

At first, Yavorov hut was built in 1933, and subsequently the new hut was built in 1981. The new building is a big two - storey structure with 70 beds. There are private and common toilets and bathrooms. In the rooms there are 2, 3 and 6 beds. The hut is electrical and water supplied, with a common internal heating. Hhe hut has also a dining room, a shop and a ski wardrobe. There is a parking place.

The strating point of Yavorov hut is the town of Razlog. There is not only an asphalted road but also a path - 5 hours walking on an asphalted road and a marked path.
